It is hard to add to the well deserved superlatives of the Seascape cottage reviews but with its recent modern refurbishment it ticks all the boxes of comfort and luxurious relaxation in this beautiful area of south Devon (surrounded with so many attractions). Our thanks to both Bob and Lorraine for their warm welcome and their care, attention and readiness to impart helpful local information. The cottage is simply unique, fabulously equipped and carefully designed, and provides a platform and location for everything you would wish in a memorable holiday break. Unequivocally recommended.

We have recently spent a fantastic & peaceful few days in a beautiful property at Berry House Holiday Cottages in a lovely fishing village called "Beer". Our hosts, Lorraine & Bob, were so welcoming & went out of their way to make us feel "at home" and comfortable. Their in depth local knowledge was invaluable to us and enabled us to plan our days perfectly. The hill top beach walks were an adventure, a great test of your fitness etc & also an exiting challenge but so rewarding if you are the outdoor type. Most places were dog friendly so it was perfect for us & "Molly" our Cavapoo. The cottage was situated at the top of the quaint village & the views were breath-taking. The village itself was just half a mile away down & through the picturesque houses & cottages There were loads of local pubs & eateries with great choices of excellent food & drinks. I can honestly say that this was one of the best holiday places we have been too, it really did have everything. Great hosts. lovely spotless cottage, exciting walks, breath-taking views, local pubs & eateries & plenty of places to visit if you want to go a bit further afield. Our thanks go to Lorraine & Bob for making us feel so welcome & I'm sure we will be seeing them again. It don't get much better than this for a relaxing, exiting & memorable holiday. Martin, Jackie & Molly

Lovely house with a great balcony and views of the sea. Well equipped, no dishwasher but no problem. Very clean and lovely fields all around plus great costal walks in either direction.
